Daily work with patients, challenging yet beautiful. Hours of conversations about health, about changes that benefit them, and the satisfying results. I’ve seen that patients, in addition to medical knowledge and willingness to engage in the treatment process, want to listen and learn more about health.

They wanted to understand a broader perspective of their problem, learn how to dissect it from within, discover specific actions to take, and how to make these changes successful. It was a collaborative effort: mine and my patients’. A lot of work and many positive outcomes.

To share these experiences, as well as knowledge about health prevention, in 2019 I launched the ‘Okiem Doktor Luizy’ blog, simultaneously becoming ‘Your Doctor Lu’ on social media.

The idea of establishing a medical facility with a holistic approach to health naturally emerged as the next stage of my career.

I envisioned a place where the treatment would encompass the entirety of the patient, considering not only the clinical aspects but also their feelings, emotions, individual needs, and even the environment in which they function or the circumstances that shape their life.

With this aim in mind, in collaboration with our team, Lumedic Medical Center was founded, commencing its operations in January 2023. The latest updates about our activities can be found on the center’s social media profiles on FB i Instagram Lumedic.
