Dr hab. n. med. Michał Lipiński
Specializing in internal medicine and gastroenterology, since 2018, he holds a post-doctoral degree in the field of medical sciences. He is a member of the Board of the Polish Society of Gastroenterology, the Polish Pancreatic Club, and the European Pancreatic Club.
His primary interests encompass pancreatic diseases, as well as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, and gluten sensitivity. He is an author and co-author of numerous publications in national and international journals focusing on internal medicine and gastroenterology.
In 2004, he graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw. He gained professional experience, among others, at the Department of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration in Warsaw.
He has achieved international success, being the recipient of the award for the best presentation in a poster session at the European Pancreatic Club session in Magdeburg. Additionally, he received recognition for the best presentation in a poster session at the IAP-HPBASA joint conference held in Cape Town, South Africa.
Actively advancing his knowledge, he participates in courses, gatherings, and scientific conferences worldwide. He has taken part in events such as Digestive Disease Week (DDW) in the USA, European Pancreatic Club (EPC), International Association of Pancreatology (IAP), and United European Gastroenterology Week (UEGW).
Privately, he is passionate about classic automobiles and an enthusiastic badminton player.
